Aside from the new additions, the Isabella Two-Story will feature a formal dining room, study, café, summer kitchen, a large master suite with patio, and an open great room plan. The kitchen will have a pantry and a freestanding island breakfast bar with double sinks and a dishwasher, while the master bedroom will offer his-and-her walk-in closets, and its bathroom will feature a shower with built-in seat, a U-shaped vanity with two sinks, a private water closet, and a soaking tub positioned under a window.
The outdoor living space, an area that has always been a major highlight of the Isabella II, will still be one of The Founders Club home’s exquisite features with sliding glass doors from the kitchen’s café area leading homeowners to the large outdoor living area, pool, and spa. Access to the pool area can also be achieved through sliders in the study and great room. The emphasis on outdoor living will also shine through the cupola, louvers, decorative Bermuda-style shutters, and rafters found in the model’s West Indies-inspired architecture. The home will sit on one of The Founders Club’s over-sized Fairway home sites ranging from a half acre to one acre making for an expansive view of The Founders Club’s lakes, nature preserves, wetlands, or golf course.
