The Founders Club and London Bay Homes host St. Martha’s Parent Association appreciation event

The Founders Club, Sarasota’s premier golf and social club community, in coordination with London Bay Homes, recently hosted an appreciation event for St. Martha Catholic School’s Parent Association at the Isabella Two-Story model home.

More than 60 people attended the cocktail event, which was held to celebrate the successful efforts in the 2015-16 school year. Siobhan Young, principal of St. Martha’s School, and Tracy Henderson, president of the Parent Association, held a raffle of a full-tuition scholarship for a student.

The Parent Association raised more than $140,000 through various fundraisers throughout the school year. The Founders Club and London Bay Homes sponsored a successful fundraiser for St. Martha’s School earlier this year.

London Bay Homes’ Isabella Two-Story estate model home offers 4,265 square feet of living space, and was recently recognized for Best Master Suite and Best Floor Plan during the 2016 Parade of Homes, presented by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association. The Isabella Two-Story is priced at $2,374,490, fully furnished.
