Harrington brings 25 years of sales and management experience to the position, with a career dedicated to luxury real estate and new home construction sales.

A native of Ithaca, N.Y., Harrington owns an all-star cheerleading and dance program in Sarasota, is involved in the PACE Center for Girls, and volunteers for police athletic leagues and programs that impact the lives of children. She attended Rollins College in Winter Park.
