London Bay Homes earned an Excellence Award at the recent 2016 Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) Excel Awards competition for its marketing campaign that successfully increased awareness of and visitors to The Founders Club, Sarasota’s traditional golf and social club community.
The luxury homebuilder, along with its contributing partner, Walker Brands, received the award for Best Magazine Ad – For a Developer/Community.
The statewide awards – presented by the Florida Sales and Marketing Council of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) during the SEBC – honor top builders, developers, advertising agencies and associates for achievements in sales, marketing, model merchandising and more.
Increasing Realtor and prospective homebuyers’ awareness of The Founders Club and its unique lifestyle were among the goals of London Bay Homes’ 2015-16 marketing campaign.
The campaign showcased architectural blueprint illustrations depicting a variety of resident lifestyles and London Bay Homes’ personal approach to building and customization, known as Private Label Living.
The magazine advertisements captured the community’s appeal, focusing on its large homesites with lake, golf and nature preserve views; variety of homes and price points; and traditional golf experience.
Walker Brands also emphasized the intimacy and friendliness of the community, planned for only 262 homes within 700 acres.
London Bay Homes also earned an additional seven Aurora Awards, including the coveted Golden Aurora Best in Show and two Grand Auroras, during the 35th Annual Aurora Award Gala held during the SEBC. This year’s competition drew 335 entries from throughout the Southeastern U.S. and Eastern Caribbean.
