The private estate will offer three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and nearly 3,700 square feet under air. Ideal for entertaining, the home’s open floor plan includes a study, piano room and a great room that opens into an expansive outdoor living space with a large covered veranda, outdoor kitchen and oversized pool deck. The wide homesite allows plenty of room for a detached 1,000-square-foot, three-car garage with a true motor court entry and a gracious circular driveway to welcome guests. “The Founders Club is uniquely one of the few true custom-build communities in the area, and the homebuyers quickly realized it was the perfect setting,” said T.J. Nutter, President of Nutter Custom Construction. “The width of the homesites allow a lot of flexibility in the home’s design, and the new residence will offer privacy and preserve views along with a glimpse of the golf course.” The new home is scheduled for completion next month. The home also showcases the strength of The Founders Club Builder Program, which offers homebuyers the option of selecting from one of six preferred builders. In addition to Nutter Custom Construction, homebuyers at The Founders Club can also select from other top-rated builders, including Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg-Nelson Homes, John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes and London Bay Homes, whose team handles sales and marketing for The Founders Club’s on-site sales center. On the heels of the private estate completion, Nutter Custom Construction will commence a new model later this year, along with builders John Cannon Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes. The models will join the Cameron, currently open for viewing, and the Davidson, currently underway. Both are being constructed by London Bay Homes. The Founders Club’s curated selection of Sarasota’s finest luxury homebuilders presents a uniquely personalized opportunity to create a new custom home in the sought-after community featuring a Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed championship golf course.
