London Bay Homes has started construction of its newest single-family model home at The Founders Club.
The Pembrook model will offer three bedrooms, four full baths, a study and bonus room within an open great room floor plan. With 3,560 square feet of living space, the model will showcase London Bay Homes’ latest architectural designs including a shower garden off the master bath, expanded outdoor destinations and a larger front porch, as well as a bonus room for individual homebuyer customization. Enhanced architectural styling details will also be featured, such as brackets, rafter tails, lap siding, hipped roofs with flat tiles, and crisp window proportions.
The floor plan design emphasizes flowing, open space connections among the great room, kitchen and dining room, and boundary-blurring pocket sliding glass doors blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The great room opens to a covered terrace and the bonus room’s zero-corner pocket sliders flow to a wraparound alfresco space, which offers living and dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, and lavish pool and spa.
Located on almost half an acre, the Pembrook model home overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course.
The Pembrook will feature coffered ceilings throughout and have a gourmet-inspired kitchen with a six-burner cooktop, a built-in microwave and oven tower, and a large freestanding island breakfast bar.
A door in the master bedroom will open to the sun deck. The master suite also will offer two walk-in closets and a bathroom with a freestanding tub, custom vanity with dual sinks, and a double-entry shower.
The Pembrook’s two guest suites will have private full baths and walk-in closets.
It has 5,527 total square feet, including a three-car garage.
Three single-family luxury model homes currently open for viewing at The Founders Club offer three and four bedrooms and 3,300 to 4,400 square feet of living space, and are priced from $1,494,779 to $2,178,900.
