From now until April 30, 2015, London Bay Homes is offering $20,000 worth of luxury options complimentary with the purchase of a [Fairway or Estate luxury custom home](http://thefoundersclub.com/community/reserve-collection-on-fairway-lots-in-sarasota-florida/) and home site package at The Founders Club. Homeowners can choose from a variety of upgrades, such as a custom outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, custom pool features, waterfall spa, kitchen stone backsplash, wood flooring, upgraded appliances, cabinetry upgrades, plantation shutters, audio and video upgrades, and much more. With so many choices, we thought it may be beneficial to give you a list of top trends utilizing this [limited-time incentive](http://thefoundersclub.com/lp/20k-promotion-sidebar/). ## Spice Up Your Kitchen [![TFC-Isabella-kitchen](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/TFC-Isabella-kitchen-1.jpg?width=920&name=TFC-Isabella-kitchen-1.jpg "TFC-Isabella-kitchen")](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/TFC-Isabella-kitchen-1.jpg) A great chef needs great tools to put together culinary masterpieces, but a take-out king or queen may also want a pristine kitchen with which to surround themselves while tucking away those to-go boxes. Prepare for your feast with upgraded appliances, cabinets, stone backsplash, or any other kitchen option. Regardless of whether your meal was cooked or ordered, the kitchen upgrades will pay off if you ever decide to sell due to the added value of a great kitchen. ## Be Ready for Game Day [![Kitchen-Family Cropped](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Kitchen-Family-e1423591912673.jpg?width=920&name=Kitchen-Family-e1423591912673.jpg "Kitchen-Family Cropped")](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Kitchen-Family-e1423591792398.jpg) If the kitchen isn’t a top priority room in your home, or you were already planning on those upgrades as part of your selections, another trend in luxury options is audio and video upgrades. There are a number of ways to maximize this trend, from surround sound to whole-house automation. Our favorite is the game day experience as seen in our [Delfina model home](http://thefoundersclub.com/home/delfina/). The Delfina pairs the living room with the game room using a pop-up television as the divider between the two. This upgrade allows you to make the most out of game day. ## Make the Most of Your View [![Founders-2-16](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Founders-2-16-1.jpg?width=920&name=Founders-2-16-1.jpg "Founders-2-16")](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Founders-2-16-1.jpg) The Founders Club already boasts of gorgeous golf, lake, or preserve views from over-sized home sites, but how about spending the extra $20,000 in maximizing your outdoor living space to create the perfect setting to enjoy those views? The luxury options for the outdoor area can be anything from adding custom pool features to getting a fire pit or outdoor fireplace to even customizing your outdoor kitchen. One of the major draws for Sarasota homes is the amazing weather we can experience while our states to the north shiver in their snow boots. Take full advantage of the Florida sun by designing an outdoor living space that will rival even the most beautiful sunsets. Haven’t found your perfect luxury upgrade? Don’t fret; there are plenty of other luxury options from which to choose, including a waterfall spa, wood flooring, plantation shutters, coffered ceiling, and many more.
