Celebration at The Pembrook model at The Founders Club March 4, 2019 - - - London Bay Homes recently hosted more than 40 residents and guests for an exclusive V.I.P. Celebration at its newest model – The Pembrook model at The Founders Club, Sarasota’s premier traditional golf club community. The festive evening featured cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, live music and personalized tours of the 5,508-square-foot home. Designed by Romanza Interior Design, The Pembrook embodies a sophisticated coastal retreat, featuring flowing, open space connections among the great room, dining room, and gourmet-inspired kitchen, complete with a six-burner cooktop, built-in microwave and oven tower and slate gray-stained grand island topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist.  Located on almost a half-acre, The Pembrook model home overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course. The home is priced at $1.99 million. An additional model home by London Bay – the 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande – is currently open for viewing at The Founders Club and offers three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a formal dining room and a butler’s bar. The home is priced at $1.49 million. The model homes are part of the community’s vibrant residential offering of distinct homes on expansive homesites overlooking picturesque preserves, lakes and golf course fairways. Expanding the community’s new home choices available, five preferred builders – Anchor Builders, Lee Wetherington Homes, London Bay Homes, Nelson Homes and Nutter Custom Construction – offer an array of floor plan selections featuring three to five bedrooms and ranging from 2,200 to more than 6,000 square feet. Available in a variety of architectural styles that blend with the aesthetic of the community, home and homesite packages are priced from the $800,000s to more than $5 million. ![IMG_1608 - 2](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1608%20-%202-1.jpg?width=350&name=IMG_1608%20-%202-1.jpg)![IMG_1607 - 2](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1607%20-%202-1.jpg?width=350&name=IMG_1607%20-%202-1.jpg) ![IMG_1610 - 2](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1610%20-%202-1.jpg?width=350&name=IMG_1610%20-%202-1.jpg)![IMG_1618 - 2](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1618%20-%202-1.jpg?width=350&name=IMG_1618%20-%202-1.jpg)               ![IMG_1619 - 2](https://blog.thefoundersclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/IMG_1619%20-%202-1.jpg?width=300&name=IMG_1619%20-%202-1.jpg) Residents at The Founders Club can enjoy a spacious but intimate clubhouse featuring casual and fine dining, a full social calendar, along with a fitness center with the purchase of an optional Club membership.
