Situated on almost half an acre, The Cameron model home will overlook the community’s Robert Trent Jones, Jr.- designed championship golf course. With 3,092 square feet of living space, The Cameron will offer three bedrooms, three baths and an open concept design that seamlessly blends the great room, kitchen and dining room with outdoor spaces. Sliders will offer unencumbered access to an expansive outdoor living area, including an outdoor kitchen, and a tranquil custom pool and spa. With coffered ceilings throughout the home, The Cameron boasts a sumptuous master suite with a pair of walk-in closets and private access to the pool terrace. The suite’s spa-like bath offers dual vanities and a freestanding soaking tub positioned before a dramatic dual-entry Roman shower. Two additional suites feature walk-in closets and private full baths, and an oversized study off the great room offers opportunities for homebuyer personalization. The model’s gourmet-inspired kitchen offers a large freestanding island breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and a six-burner, built-in range. The Cameron’s three-car garage conveniently connects to an owner’s entry and laundry room providing easy transition from the outdoors for hauling in groceries or bags from the latest shopping trip to the University Town Center. The Cameron illustrates London Bay Homes’ attention to enhanced architectural styling by incorporating details such as brackets and rafter tails, white lap siding, hipped roofs with flat tiles and repeating trios of windows, complementing the home’s timeless design. “The Cameron model showcases just one of the many floor plan options available for homebuyers desiring luxury homes at competitive prices with more usable living space, combined with luxury appointments befitting of homes in The Founders Club,” said Sales Executive Steve Gibson. “The home’s versatility and flexible design affords homeowners the opportunity to customize the layout with expanded spaces or bonus rooms to fulfill a variety of lifestyle scenarios should they desire another premium homesite with the community.” The home will be fully furnished by Luann Powers Gliwski of Romanza Interior Design, and is priced at $1,381,240. The Cameron will join two additional model homes by London Bay Homes currently available for viewing. Located on almost a half-acre, The Pembrook model home overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course. The fully furnished home offers 3,560 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, four baths and is priced at $1.99 million. The 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande offers three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a formal dining room and a butler’s bar. The home is priced at $1.49 million. The Founders Club offers homebuyers an array of floor plans to select from through the community’s homebuilder program featuring five of the areas most respected luxury homebuilders – Anchor Builders, Lee Wetherington Homes, London Bay Homes, Arthur Rutenberg-Nelson Homes, Inc., and Nutter Custom Construction. The Founders Club’s preferred builder program showcases the endless possibilities for homeowners to create a truly personalized home on homesites ranging from nearly half an acre to almost two acres. The homesites can accommodate floor plans ranging from 2,200 to more than 6,000 square feet. Home and homesite packages at The Founders Club are priced from the $800,000s to more than $5 million. There are no CDD fees. Enhancing the community’s vibrant residential offerings is a variety of beautifully appointed amenities. Residents at The Founders Club can enjoy a spacious but intimate clubhouse featuring casual and fine dining, a full social calendar, along with a fitness center with the purchase of an optional Club membership. Also available to all homeowners are Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a picnic pavilion. The community features hundreds of protected live oaks and a natural habitat that attracts a variety of birds and wildlife. Just outside the gates, residents now have quick access through Lorraine Road to a host of activities, restaurants and events in Lakewood Ranch. Less than 20 minutes away, acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques, and arts and cultural venues in downtown Sarasota also offer residents convenient options for vibrant living, while pristine, white-sand beaches near the Sarasota Bay provide a tropical background for enjoying the outdoors.
