London Bay Homes showcases five model homes during Tour of Homes at The Founders Club this weekend

London Bay Homes invites the public for a rare opportunity to explore five luxury model homes coupled with high-end cars in The Founders Club during the Tour of Homes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 12, 13 and 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

London Bay has partnered with The Sarasota Studio, a division of Dimmit Automobile Group, to display luxury high-performance cars at the designer furnished homes.

Guests will receive a map indicating the five showcase homes, which are located within The Founders Club’s 700 acres.

The model homes capture the friendly and intimate lifestyle of Sarasota’s premier golf and social community and represent only a few of the many design possibilities offered by London Bay on large homesites – two-thirds to more than one acre – woven into a tapestry of moss-draped live oaks, palms and pines, and expansive conservation areas.

London Bay’s models offer 3,000 to more than 4,200 square feet of living space and feature the latest trends in interior and architectural design by London Bay Homes and the award-winning Romanza Interior Design. The homes demonstrate the builder’s commitment to Private Label Living with luxury finishes and specialty flooring, ceiling and wall treatments, and floor plans designed with multiple alfresco gathering areas.

The newly introduced Isabella Two-Story, a luxury four-bedroom, five-bath home, offers a formal dining room, study and second-floor bonus room, a coastal-inspired interior design and expansive outdoor areas, including a second-floor balcony. Golf, lake and nature preserve views are displayed throughout most of the home’s 4,265 square feet of living space. From backyard living spaces, the model offers sunset views of live oak trees, a lake and the signature double fairway of the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course. Vistas from the expansive front porch are of nature preserves. Priced at $2,374,490, the Isabella Two-Story offers 6,200 total square feet, including covered outdoor areas and a side-loading three-car garage.

The three-bedroom Girona, a fully furnished single-family Reserve Collection home, is one of London Bay’s most popular floor plans. The Girona’s open floor plan resonates with buyers who like the combined gathering and entertaining areas of great room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook. The Girona also has a study, kitchen, office area, three full baths and a powder room and is shown with a three-car garage, summer kitchen, swimming pool and spa. The 3,526-square-foot model is priced at $1,986,100.

London Bay’s four-bedroom, four- and one-half bath Delfina, also a Reserve Collection home, offers 4,329 square feet and is finished with tumbled travertine, marble and grayed wood flooring, painted beam ceilings, and crown molding in volume ceilings. Fully furnished, the model’s pop-up TV between billiard and family rooms is a visitor favorite. The model offers a study, formal dining and living rooms, and a cabana bedroom and is priced at $2,178,900.

Romanza selected the finishes for the three-bedroom, three-bath Belita maintenance-free home that’s shown unfurnished. The 3,091-square-foot model has a pool and spa and is located within walking distance to the golf and social club. The Belita is priced at $1,372,840.

London Bay’s Isabella floor plan is enhanced in the Isabella Grande model. The new single-family home dedicates its extra 300 square feet of living space to the master suite area, and offers a study, formal dining room, three bedrooms and three full baths. Situated on a private cul-de-sac, the model overlooks nature preserves and lake views. The 3,322-square-foot home offers a covered patio and wrap-around outdoor living room with a summer kitchen. The Isabella Grande is priced at $1,507,370.

The Founders Club offers the area’s only caddie program and golfers are allowed to walk the course. Membership is limited to 275 to ensure members enjoy year-round golf with no tee time required.

Training facilities include two putting greens, a recently enlarged short game area, and state-of-the-art TrackMan radar technology offered through Florida Golf Performance Center.

The newly renovated 24,000-square-foot Golf Hall, overlooking an oak hammock and the 18th hole, offers a main dining room, bar and grille, outdoor verandah, and private dining room for casual and fine dining. The facility also has a professionally staffed and fully stocked golf pro shop, state-of-the-art fitness center, and men’s and women’s locker rooms and lounges.

The club offers a vibrant, active social calendar and an in-season reciprocal partnership with Sarasota Yacht Club.

Amenities at The Founders Club are designed to foster camaraderie among residents and a connection with nature. Winding boardwalks and paved walkways meander throughout the community, which is planned for just 262 homes.

The Founders Club also features Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and a picnic pavilion. Fitness and wellness classes, educational and instructional programs, and social gatherings are coordinated by a professional staff.

The Founders Club is just minutes from Sarasota’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches, the University Town Center mall, and the acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques and arts and cultural venues of downtown Sarasota.

Visitors can stop by The Founders Club Sales Center Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located at 3001 Founders Club Drive, three miles east of I-75 on Fruitville Road, Exit 210.
