Situated on almost half an acre with expansive views of the community’s Robert Trent Jones, Jr.- designed championship golf course, the Cameron will offer more than 3,092 square feet of living space. Illustrating London Bay Homes’ attention to detail, the estate will offer three bedrooms, three baths and an open concept design that seamlessly blends the great room, kitchen and dining room with outdoor spaces. Taking full advantage of the home’s stunning views, the estate offers an indoor-outdoor connection with sliders offering unencumbered access to an expansive outdoor living area, including an outdoor kitchen, custom pool and spa. Enhanced architectural styling throughout the home can be seen in details such as brackets and rafter tails, white lap siding, hipped roofs with flat tiles and repeating trios of windows, complementing the home’s timeless design. A sumptuous master suite with a pair of walk-in closets provides private access to the pool terrace. The suite’s spa-like bath offers dual vanities and a freestanding soaking tub positioned before a dramatic dual-entry Roman shower. Affording plenty of space for a larger family or visiting guests, two additional suites feature walk-in closets and private full baths. An oversized study off the great room offers opportunities for homebuyer personalization. Suitable for any home chef, the model’s gourmet-inspired kitchen offers a large freestanding island breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry and a six-burner, built-in range. The Cameron’s three-car garage conveniently connects to an owner’s entry and laundry room providing easy transition from the outdoors for hauling in groceries or bags from the latest shopping trip to the University Town Center. Located at 8841 Colonels Court, the model is expected to open in February, priced at $1,365,249. The Cameron will join the Isabella Grande model home by London Bay Homes currently available for viewing at The Founders Club. The 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande offers three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a formal dining room and a butler’s bar. Located at 3793 Caledonia Lane, the home is priced at $1.39 million unfurnished. The Founders Club offers expansive homesites overlooking picturesque preserves, lakes and golf course fairways. Residents of The Founders Club can enjoy a spacious but intimate clubhouse featuring casual and fine dining and a full social calendar, along with a fitness center, with the purchase of an optional Club membership. Also available to all homeowners are Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts and a picnic pavilion. The community features hundreds of protected live oaks and a natural habitat that attracts a variety of birds and wildlife. There are no CDD fees. The Founders Club is close to Sarasota’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches and the acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques and arts and cultural venues of downtown Sarasota.
