Following an unprecedented year of sales and membership success at The Founders Club, award-winning builder London Bay Homes has kicked off 2021 with the sale of its Davidson model home within the premier Sarasota golf club community.

The Davidson’s light-filled open design, enhanced with quality interior finishes and styling and a stunning outdoor living area, led to its quick sale just weeks after its completion. With 2,860 square feet of air-conditioned living area, along with an additional 888 square-feet of outdoor living space and a covered entry, the home also offered a spacious 965-square-foot, three-car garage.
