London Bay Homes kicks off new year with sale of estate home at The Founders Club

Written by TFC Marketing | December 31, 2020

Following an unprecedented year of sales and membership success at The Founders Club, award-winning builder London Bay Homes has kicked off 2021 with the sale of its Davidson model home within the premier Sarasota golf club community.

The Davidson’s light-filled open design, enhanced with quality interior finishes and styling and a stunning outdoor living area, led to its quick sale just weeks after its completion. With 2,860 square feet of air-conditioned living area, along with an additional 888 square-feet of outdoor living space and a covered entry, the home also offered a spacious 965-square-foot, three-car garage.

The three-bedroom Davidson floor plan offers a private bathroom for each bedroom. The master suite features two walk-in closets, dual sinks, free-standing bathtub and an oversized private shower. With plenty of space to accommodate a larger family, the home’s open-concept design provides the ideal setting for entertaining, allowing guests to move freely between the kitchen, dining room and great room. Double doors swing open from the foyer to reveal a large study that can be customized to accommodate overnight guests or serve comfortably as a home office. A four-panel sliding glass door connects the great room and the covered lanai, presenting the ultimate indoor-outdoor connection to enjoy Sarasota’s temperate weather.

All homes in The Founders Club are located on the award-winning Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course, including London Bay Homes’ 3,092-square-foot Cameron move-in-ready home that is currently available for viewing. The three-bedroom open concept estate features a gourmet-inspired kitchen with a large freestanding quartz-topped island. A full pantry, furniture-detailed cabinetry, and trim detailing enrich the kitchen design, along with sleek stainless appliances and a cabinet-concealed hood over the six-burner cooktop. Its sumptuous master suite provides private access to the pool terrace, a spa-like bath with dual vanities, and a freestanding soaking tub positioned before a dramatic dual-entry Roman shower.

The Cameron’s three-car garage leads to a separate owner’s entry and laundry room, providing a convenient connection from the outdoors. Located at 8841 Colonels Court, the home is semi-furnished by Luann Powers Gliwski of Romanza Interior Design.

Plans are also underway for additional models by John Cannon Homes, AR Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes – all members of the exclusive Builder Program at The Founders Club.
