London Bay Homes enjoys robust model activity in The Founders Club

At The Founders Club, Sarasota’s premier golf club community, London Bay Homes has enjoyed a season of robust model home activity, including a sale, a completion, and a groundbreaking.

London Bay Homes’ 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande model home has been purchased. The buyer was attracted to the popular floor plan’s livable design, with three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a formal dining room, and a butler’s bar.

The home features a coastal contemporary design, with driftwood finishes and a mixture of textures, silver accents, earth tone woods and artwork, evokes a timeless Southwest Florida style. Statement-making 10-foot sliding glass doors welcome abundant natural light and establish a connection to the outdoors from the great room, study and café.

Showcasing London Bay Homes’ signature attention to detail and tasteful finishes carefully selected by Romanza Interior Design, the model features stone flooring in the great room and granite-topped designer cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen.

With three bedrooms and three baths, the Isabella Grande also offers a study, formal dining room and great room. The home can be recreated on select homesites throughout the community.

Last month, London Bay Homes unveiled the Cameron, a three-bedroom, open-concept estate offering 3,092 square feet under air. The clean lined, open design blends the great room, dining room and a gourmet-inspired kitchen with a large freestanding quartz-topped island. A full pantry, furniture-detailed cabinetry, and trim detailing enrich the kitchen design, along with sleek stainless appliances and a cabinet-concealed hood over the six-burner cooktop.

The Cameron’s master suite features private French door access to the pool terrace, a pair of oversized walk-in closets, and a grand bath with dual vanities and a show-stopping soaking tub positioned before a dual-entry Roman shower. With plenty of space to accommodate a larger family or visiting guests, two additional ensuite bedrooms feature walk-in closets, while an oversized study off the great room is the ideal home office.

The estate’s outdoor living area combines a full kitchen, custom-designed pool and spa, and lush landscaping to create an entertaining oasis. The Cameron’s three-car garage leads to a separate owner’s entry and laundry room, providing a convenient connection from the outdoors. With designed features and finishes selected by the award-winning Romanza Interior Design, the Cameron awaits furnishings that reflect the personality and preferences of the homebuyer. Located at 8841 Colonels Court, the Cameron is offered at $1,499,400. A full 360-degree virtual tour of the Cameron can be viewed at www.LondonBay.com

London Bay Homes has also announced their newest model home, the Davidson, at The Founders Club. The Davidson will offer 2,860 square-feet of air-conditioned living area, with an additional 888 square-feet of covered entry and outdoor living. The model also includes a 965-square-foot three-car garage.

The three-bedroom Davidson will offer a private bathroom for each bedroom. The master suite will feature two walk-in closets, dual sinks, free-standing bathtub and a spacious, private shower. There will be plenty of space to entertain with an open-concept design so guests can move freely between the kitchen, dining room and great room. Both the attached kitchen pantry and laundry room include extra shelving for storage. Double doors swing open from the foyer to reveal a large study that can be customized to accommodate overnight guests or be utilized as a home office.

A four-panel sliding glass door connects the great room and the covered lanai, where owners can opt for an outdoor kitchen and pool. All homes in The Founders Club are located on the award-winning Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed golf course.

Priced at $1,325,790, the Davidson is scheduled for completion this fall and will join the Cameron as a London Bay Homes model available at The Founders Club.
