London Bay Homes has awarded Fernando Viteri, a sales associate with Signature Sotheby's International Realty, with its annual Realtor prize: a $5,000 transatlantic cruise on the luxurious Queen Mary II. 

All Realtors in the Sarasota and Naples markets who sold London Bay properties in 2011 were eligible for the prize. Viteri, who ranks in the top one percent of Sarasota Realtors, specializes in luxury real estate throughout Sarasota and works closely with international buyers.  Last year, one of Viteri's notable sales includes a custom, $1.5 million-dollar London Bay home in The Founders Club, the 700-acre private golf community east of I-75 on Fruitville Road.
