The Belita, one of London Bay Homes’ newest floor plans at The Founders Club, is now open for viewing. The three-bedroom, three-bath maintenance-free golf cottage includes ivory-toned tile flooring set in a running-board pattern, white kitchen cabinetry and naturally aged eucalyptus flooring with a river rock finish in the study.
The spacious 3,091-square-foot floor plan offers a dining room, family room and kitchen with a home office, walk-in pantry and casual dining area. It has an entry porch and courtyard, three-car garage and large outdoor living and dining area, bringing the total square footage to 4,502.
As with all cottage homes built by London Bay Homes at The Founders Club, the Belita offers a pool and spa with landscape maintenance provided through the neighborhood association.
“These cottage homes are spacious and offer great views,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “The maintenance-free factor is a bonus for those residents who like to travel, and for those who enjoy a carefree lifestyle.”
The unfurnished Belita home features arctic white kitchen cabinetry with shaker-style doors, a free-standing breakfast bar/island and Giallo light granite countertops. Additional accents include a bronze tile backsplash and an antique copper-finished door and drawer pulls.
Sliding glass doors in the adjoining family room open to the covered al fresco area, offering a full summer kitchen with a built-in grill, cast-stone banding accenting a stucco hood, unfinished flat-paneled cypress doors and a Saudi brown granite countertop.
The lanai and pool deck have paver flooring, and the pool and raised spa’s water lines are accented with tile.
The master suite features light and white painted walls and offers two closets, one a walk-in. The bathroom has arctic white vanity cabinetry with his and her sinks, a dressing table, mystery white marble countertops and a mosaic backsplash. The separate tub features an arctic white cabinetry skirt and the floor is finished with Calcutta tile, which also reappears inside the shower and as wainscoting.
The Belita’s two guest rooms share a bathroom that offer two Kohler Chalkstripe wood vanities with integrated cast-iron countertops and sinks, a tile floor and mosaic tub walls.
The third bathroom has a pedestal sink and a checkerboard tile floor.
The Belita, priced at $1,165,130, represents one of London Bay’s 20-plus available floor plans in the community.
