London Bay Homes at The Founders Club’s new commission structure ensures real estate agents will not have to wait until a homebuilding project is complete before receiving their well-earned commission. The program allows all REALTORS® who sell a London Bay Homes luxury home for sale or a new custom home build to receive 100 percent of their commission at contract closing. For purchases on customer-owned home sites, your commission will be paid at binding contracts. An upfront commission will also be paid for remodel contracts from referrals.
Aside from earning their 3 percent commission up-front, Sarasota real estate agents, and real estate agents throughout Southwest Florida, can also take advantage of the Sarasota home builder’s bonus program. This program provides bonus earnings on every luxury home listing sold in our award-winning community. REALTORS® will receive an extra $5,000 on a second home closing, $10,000 on a third home closing, and $20,000 on each additional home after the third.
