London Bay Homes at The Founders Club will be participating in the 2014 Parade of Homes this season and we thought it would be beneficial to share some time- and energy-saving tips for attendees. Here are our recommendations for making the most out of your Parade of Homes experience:
1. Wear Comfortable Shoes
Lots of models homes = Lots of walking. Make sure you keep those feet in tip top shape by wearing comfortable shoes that you can see yourself wearing all day.
2. Wear Cool Clothing, But Bring a Sweater
Southwest Florida has been experiencing some cool weather these past few weeks, but that doesn’t mean that the Florida sunshine won’t be ready to break through at any given moment. Be prepared by wearing cool clothing, but remember to bring a sweater just in case the model homes end up being a little cooler. It is also always a good idea to bring an umbrella.
3. Grab a Map
You’ll want to know where the model homes are located so that you can plan your trip accordingly. Maps of the model homes located in The Founders Club can be found at the guard gate. Grab a map, plot your course, and see the luxury.
4. Bring Supplies
No, you won’t need to pack a lunch or a backpack full of school supplies, but it is a good idea to bring some water and a pad and pen to jot down some notes, as well as a bag to store any model home brochures of interest.
5. Ask Lots of Questions
Each model home will have a sales executive or representative available to answer any and all questions you may have about the home. This is your time to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge available during these events. Ask about the developer/builder, the community, the design, unique features of the home, green building techniques, and any other questions you may have about the community, the home, and the team behind it.
6. Enter All of the Prize Drawings
Not only do you get a chance to see all of the luxury model homes available, but you also get the opportunity to win some fabulous prizes in the process.
