Redesigned sales center at The Founders Club captures community lifestyle, experience

Visitors to the redesigned sales center at The Founders Club immediately sense the unique lifestyle, natural environment and elegance of the single-family homes offered by London Bay Homes in Sarasota’s award-winning golf and social club community.

Wall-spanning imagery showcasing a lake-hugging boardwalk, scenery along the championship Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed golf course, and residential architectural and interior design replaced individual framed photos to capture the big-picture, everyday moments enjoyed by residents. Headlines describe the community’s 700 acres of serenity and “scenic drives.”

“We really wanted to convey and establish the emotional connection residents experience at The Founders Club,” said Shelly Sarbaugh, brand manager of Walker Brands, which spearheaded the redesign. “A picture is worth a thousand words and the new graphics introduce a modern, full-size wallpaper look while the copy describes the distinct camaraderie and lifestyle of the community.”

The stories of London Bay Homes’ commitment to Private Label Living and photos of completed private residences and model homes demonstrate the builder’s pledge to create each home as a reflection of clients’ distinctive tastes and individual personalities.

The sales center’s main room features photographic wallcoverings that depict the community’s natural setting, the history of London Bay Homes and its celebration of 25 years as Southwest Florida’s premier luxury homebuilder.

A full wall also offers a large-scale version of The Founders Club’s site plan featuring homesites along lakes, fairways and nature preserves, and an expanded map showcases the community’s proximity to Sarasota’s famed white-sand Gulf of Mexico beaches and shopping at St. Armands Circle.

“The Founders Club offers an ideal balance of intimacy and natural surroundings while being perfectly close to Sarasota’s cultural hub and beaches,” said Sarbaugh. “The life-sized map shows visitors how close The Founders Club is to local points of interest, including arts and cultural venues downtown.”

An intimate sales room concentrates on the London Bay Homes experience, the builder’s full spectrum of services – from concept to completion – additional exterior and interior photography and the community’s award-winning amenities. A flat-screen TV features video of The Founders Club lifestyle and client testimonials.

London Bay Homes offers a selection of 18 single-family detached villa homes, Reserve Collection homes and one-of-a-kind estates ranging from 2,500 to more than 6,000 square feet of living space. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $900,000s to more than $5 million.

London Bay Homes uses the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

The Founders Club features 100 protected live oaks and a natural habitat that attracts a variety of birds and wildlife.

The Club offers the area’s only caddie program, so golfers are encouraged to walk the golf course. Membership is limited to 275 to ensure members enjoy year-round golf with no tee time required.

Training facilities include two putting greens, a recently enlarged short game area, and state-of-the-art TrackMan radar technology offered through Florida Golf Performance Center.

The newly renovated 24,000-square-foot Golf Hall, overlooking an oak hammock and the 18th hole, offers a main dining room, bar and grille, outdoor verandah, and private dining room for casual and fine dining. The facility also has a professionally staffed and fully stocked golf pro shop, state-of-the-art fitness center, and men’s and women’s locker rooms and lounges.

The club offers a vibrant, active social calendar and an in-season reciprocal partnership with Sarasota Yacht Club.

Amenities at The Founders Club are designed to foster camaraderie among residents and a connection with nature. Winding boardwalks and paved walkways meander throughout the community, which is planned for just 262 homes.

The Founders Club also features Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, as well as a picnic pavilion. Fitness and wellness classes, educational and instructional programs, and social gatherings are coordinated by a professional staff.

The Founders Club is just minutes from Sarasota’s Gulf of Mexico beaches, the University Town Center mall, and the acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques and arts and cultural venues of downtown Sarasota.

Visitors can stop by The Founders Club Sales Center Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center is located at 3001 Founders Club Drive, three miles east of I-75 on Fruitville Road, Exit 210.
