Five single-family model homes are now open for viewing at The Founders Club, Sarasota’s traditional golf and social club community.

Built by London Bay Homes and featuring interiors by Romanza Interior Design, the move-in ready models showcase the latest trends in architectural and coastal contemporary design with distressed wood finishes and colors echoing sea and sunset. Three of the models were also recently awarded top honors during the 2016 Parade of Homes presented by the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association.

The homes demonstrate London Bay’s commitment to Private Label Living with luxury finishes and specialty flooring, ceiling and wall treatments. The models feature open floor plans, large master suites, and an emphasis on outdoor living with summer kitchens, custom pools and spas.

Two model homes offer different adaptations of London Bay’s popular Isabella floor plan.

The single-story Isabella Grande dedicates much of its additional 300 square feet to the master suite. The recently completed three-bedroom, three-bath model is shown with designer-selected finishes, including rustic wood flooring, textural grass cloth accents, and a palette of white, gray and taupe.
